1. Digital downloads

Most of our products are digital STL files. After successful payment your download link is available immediately — in your account and by email. Files are hosted securely; the format and details are shown on each product page. Download links are personal and expire shortly after being opened (a fresh link is always available from your account or email), and each purchased file may be downloaded up to 5 times — if you run out, contact us at [email protected] and we will reset the limit free of charge. Free models are hosted on and downloaded from MakerWorld. There is no shipping and no shipping cost for digital files.

2. Physical merchandise

Any physical items (e.g. branded merch) are produced on demand and shipped by our print-on-demand partner. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout and depend on destination and the item. We do not operate our own couriers — production and shipping, including tracking, are handled by the partner, and you receive tracking once the item ships.

3. Customs & duties (physical, outside the EU)

For physical shipments outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes and related charges. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

4. Returns & withdrawal

Digital files: because delivery is immediate, by starting the download you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal (see the Terms). If a file is faulty or not as described, contact [email protected] and we will fix it or refund you. Physical goods: as a consumer you may withdraw within 14 days of receipt without a reason; returns are arranged together with our fulfillment partner — write to [email protected] and we will send instructions. We refund all payments, including standard delivery, within 14 days; you bear the direct return-shipping cost.

5. Damaged or faulty physical items

If a physical parcel arrives damaged, document it where possible and contact us promptly. Claims for damaged or missing items are handled within 14 days together with our partner.
