1. Seller

2. What we sell

We sell digital STL files for 3D-printing RC models (airplanes, cars, boats and construction) for personal, hobby use. Occasionally we also offer physical merchandise, produced and shipped by a third-party print-on-demand partner. Product information on the site is an invitation to conclude a contract, not a binding offer.

3. Orders and contract

Orders can be placed 24/7. After ordering you receive an email confirmation; the sales contract is concluded when we confirm acceptance. Processing begins once payment is received. We may verify and cancel orders in case of obvious technical/pricing errors, suspected fraud or abuse (with a refund of any amount paid).

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in EUR (and, where offered, GBP/USD) and include VAT where applicable. Payment methods: card, Apple Pay / Google Pay and PayPal (via our payment providers Stripe and PayPal). For physical merchandise shipped outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply and are not included.

5. Delivery

Digital files: a download link is made available immediately after successful payment — in your account and by email. Download links are personal and time-limited, and each purchased file may be downloaded up to 5 times; if you exhaust the limit (e.g. due to technical issues), contact us and we will reset it free of charge. Free models are hosted on and downloaded from MakerWorld. Physical merchandise: produced on demand and shipped by our print-on-demand partner; delivery times and costs are shown at checkout and depend on destination. We do not operate our own couriers; tracking is provided by the partner. See the License & refunds page.

6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer (or a sole trader buying outside your professional scope) you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. Important — digital content: for downloadable files, by starting the download you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal (as permitted by the Polish Consumer Rights Act and Art. 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive). Until you start the download, the right remains. For physical goods, the 14-day period runs from receipt; refunds (including standard delivery) are made within 14 days, you bear the direct return-shipping cost, and you are liable only for value lost through handling beyond what is needed to check the item. To withdraw, send a clear statement to [email protected].

7. Conformity and complaints

We are liable for conformity of what we supply with the contract under the Polish Consumer Rights Act (in force since 1 Jan 2023). Digital files must match the description (format and specifications shown on the product page); if a file is faulty or not as described, we will fix it or refund you. For physical goods you may request repair/replacement and — in the cases provided by law — a price reduction or withdrawal. File complaints at [email protected]; we respond within 14 days.

8. Out-of-court dispute resolution

Consumers may use out-of-court procedures: the Provincial Inspectorate of the Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa), the municipal/district consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów), and information from the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK, uokik.gov.pl). EU consumers can find national dispute-resolution bodies via the European Commission's consumer pages (consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu). Use of these procedures is voluntary for both sides.

9. Account

Creating an account is optional and gives you faster checkout, your downloads library and order history. You may delete it at any time.

10. Intellectual property & license

All STL files, designs, graphics, photos and descriptions remain the property of Kohls RCM · Paweł Kohls or its partners. On purchase (or free download) you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to 3D-print the model for your own private/hobby use. You may not resell, redistribute, share or commercially exploit the files without written permission. Free models are additionally available on MakerWorld under their platform terms.

11. Final provisions

The contract is governed by Polish law and applicable EU law; this choice does not deprive a consumer of the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence. For consumers, jurisdiction follows the general statutory rules. We may update these terms; orders already placed are governed by the terms in force when they were placed.
